Simple delivery for when you're not in a rush

  • Nationwide Shipping ( 3 - 5 Business Days from 1500 ) OR  (24 - 48 HRS @ 2500)
  • We deliver to the 36 states in Nigeria
  • Delivered in 3-7 days (excluding bank holiday and weekends)
  • You'll receive an order confirmation email after purchase
  • You’ll receive a further email to confirm dispatch, no later than 4 days after purchase
  • Your order will arrive between 7:30am-9pm
  • Sometimes we'll split your order into a number of different packages so that we can take advantage of the items in stock at different locations. Regardless of the number of deliveries you receive, you'll only be charged one delivery cost
  • Missing parcel? Please contact our customer service team 6 working days after ordering

What is the 3-7 Days Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a faulty item, ordered on NizzyOnline, replaced?

3 - 7 days Replacement Guarantee

All products sold at NizzyOnline are covered under our 3-7 Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 3 days, from the date of delivery and the item must be returned before the 7th day, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost or refund you fully if we don’t have a replacement in stock.

In order to get a faulty item replaced

  • Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page or call us on [+234] 8108665956 or [+234] 8176857753, within 3-7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The faulty product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
  • If you would like your refund transferred to a bank account kindly contact

Return or exchange selected items purchased on NizzyOnline within 7 days of the receipt.

Please note

  • All returned items must be in their original condition unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact and the returns slip completed and enclosed
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange jewelry due to hygiene purposes
  • We do not offer exchanges on items unless they are faulty.
